Ganimede Hotel - Sperlonga

Charming decor enhances the hotel's inviting atmosphere.

The noise from a group of school kids was unbearable, disrupting what should have been a peaceful getaway. It was frustrating as it continued late into the night. The taxi service in Sperlonga was pathetic-our ride from the train station was like extortion at 30 euros for a mere 10-minute trip. The lack of proper transport options is really disappointing.

Ideal tidy rooms, they are provided with 2 pull out beds as well as spacious bathroom. The breakfasts are above average with freshly squeezed juices and great coffee...

Room

Staff was not friendly or helpful. Second cup of coffee at breakfast is charged. Towel for beach is 5 euros. Chair for beach is 30 euros. Beach is too far (more than 300 meters like advertived). Breakfast was poor.

Just a perfect match for a holiday in Sperlonga with very nice value for money. We loved the refreshing welcome drink upon arrival, a nice touch after our long trip. Make sure to try the local seafood at nearby restaurants.

Easy access to and from and a nice modern hotel

The hotel doors are very very difficult to open... weird and annoying system.

The service offered was very good, the room was reasonably large and compact with a Jacuzzi, a decent wardrobe for storage, for example. The breakfast was above average and great with great coffee and freshly squeezed juices and frequently replenished. The employees were extremely friendly and best: D

We had a fantastic group vacation! The hotel staff was so friendly, and the pool area was perfect. Don't miss checking out Sperlonga Port and Terracina Port-they're great spots to explore. The breakfast spread was decent, with tasty coffee, and the hot tub on the balcony was a highlight.

One downside was the noisy Jacuzzi, which we realized could disturb other guests, making it a bit uncomfortable to enjoy it fully.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. We enjoyed the restaurant, pool, and private beach, including the beach cafe. I highly recommend this hotel as a nice stop on a trip to Italy.

We stayed in Ganimede, Sperlonga, Italy and it was the beginning of Spring - we were one of two rooms occupied. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Rooms were very clean and neat. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Not major concerns but suggestions: 1) the music played throughout the hotel was a little annoying outside of our room - not loud just audible constantly. I asked at 11pm if it could be turned down and no problem. 2) Television had very few English-language channels

great location but wifi needs improvement

The hotel offers a beautiful garden view that provides a serene atmosphere. I appreciated the cozy pool area that's perfect for relaxation after a day out. Breakfast selection was good, with fresh pastries and local flavors.

Wifi signal was weak in the room.

Great overall modern (40s) design, clean and two steps away from a delightful little village.

The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The bar/restaurant area was simple clean and excellent value for money. For example coffees were 1 Euro each and a Gin and Tonic was 4 Euros.

The rooms were a bit small but well equipped.

The waterfall walk-in shower was amazing, but I missed the pizza at the beach.

We had both a quadruple and triple room for our family. Both very spacious, modern & clean. Lovely & comfortable covered veranda off the quadruple (rm 112) looking onto the pool area & restaurant w/mountains behind. Free usage of bikes available which the kids enjoyed! Hotel located in a well-kept residential neighborhood only a 5-min. walk (2 blocks) away from the sea. Internet in room & plenty of cable TV channels.

No warm food at breakfast or much choice for those preferring non-sweets (only cold cuts & cheese; white bread only; lots of sweet croissants). Not really a big problem but tissues in bathroom would have been nice. Ceramic tiling in rooms & corridors does tend to carry sound esp. from room above (padding on chair legs would help perhaps).
